$1 million bill used to open account

The bank involved in this must have thought that they were on “You’ve Been Framed” or something. So this is what happened. A man walks into a bank in Augusta, Georgia in the States hands over a dollar bill and says “Can I open an account please?”

Of course there is nothing wrong in that, until the counter clerk looked at the bill, it was for $1 million, which made the bank just slightly curious enough to call the local Sheriff in.

As they had suspected the $1 million dollar bill was a fake, and so the man who is 31, now stands charged with disorderly conduct, and two counts of forgery, maybe they should add another charge, for being stupid!
